Here's how it works...

We set up a dedicated property submission page, your staff complete the simple form and we receive the
property details, the landlord information and the tenants contact details. We can also receive details via
email or fax.

Our agents will set up the tenancy and direct debit/standing order and either email or post a copy to you
or the tenant to sign, at the same time we will send a welcome pack to the landlord and tenant.

Once we receive the signed paperwork we will telephone the tenant and landlord to provide a welcome call
and answer any questions they may have.

The landlord will be set up on our BACS payment system ready to receive payments.

We will continue to manage the property until the current tenant leaves, we will then market the property
to locate a new suitable tenant, keeping the landlord informed at every stage of the process.

Our service is seamless and professional, you can be assured your landlords/investors will return to
purchase more property as they will be confident that their properties are being managed by a professional
dedicated management company.

We are unlike a standard high street letting agency, we employ the same techniques and systems as
