outsource their property management to us.
We take the burden of day-to-day property management, reference
checking and tenancy agreement
creation off their hands allowing them to concentrate on gaining
new business. Our professional service
can even attract new landlords and can be an excellent selling tool
to new clients.
Our
service can be fully branded as your own which means your landlords
will not know we are providing
the management service or you can simply pass the management of
the property to us and we can deal
directly with the landlord.

Management
Our standard management package includes the following:
Professional
24/7 property management from our central management centre
Tenancy agreement creation (additional charge)
Rental collection from tenant
BACS payment to landlord and detailed monthly statement via email
or post
Day-to-day property management
Dealing with tenant enquiries (in relation to property only)
Arrange property maintenance through our network of national contractors
Arranging CP12 Gas tests and electrical tests ((charges apply)
Provide tenants with a 24 hour emergency and maintenance reporting
telephone number
Tenants will have access to our on-line management centre www.primatenants.co.uk

Our management plus package can be tailored to your specific requirements,
it will include all the
items listed above and the following additional services:
BACS payment
to landlord in agents name, agents name will appear on statement
and bank account
Tenants will receive a dedicated telephone number to contact us
which will be answered in agents

Dedicated email address for client use
All stationary branded in companies colours logo etc...
A fully branded on-line tenant management centre will be created,

Agents will have the facility to re-charge our fee's to their clients
at their desired cost, we will transfer all
fee's due to the agent at the same time as making payments to landlords
With both packages we can further tailor certain elements,
e.g... you may wish to carryout your
own property inspections or you might already use a company to perform
your CP12 gas tests
etc... in which case we can simply report to the agent when certain
events need to take place.
