Prima Management is a national residential property management company, not to be confused by block
managing agents or letting agents. We only manage and let residential properties and do not provide a
block management service.

Primarily we manage properties on behalf of letting agents and estate agents and home buying companies,
however in January 2007 we opened up our service to cater for private landlords and investors looking for a
professional letting and management solution rather than a high street agent.

People ask us, 'why don't I use my local letting agent?', the answer is you can, the problem is letting
agents are great when it comes to letting your property but can often not provide the best service when it
comes to the management. Ask your agent if they have a facility for tenants to report problems 24 hours a
day (even on Christmas day), do they have contractors ready to respond to problems immediately, do they
ensure all safety certificates are up to date etc... These are just some of the services we provide as

We have created a highly sophisticated IT system to enable us to provide a first class property
management service regardless of where your property is located in the UK. Our highly trained staff have
all worked in the letting industry, we do not simply provide a 'call centre', solution. Your property is

date with current legislation.
